This initial website provides guides without reader accounts, appointment bookings or document uploads. This notice describes the site features included in the first version.
Correction reports
The correction form asks for a page address, a description of the issue and an optional public source link. It does not ask for your name or email address. Reports are stored in the website’s administration area so the editor can review them. Please do not include personal or medical information.
Site operation
The website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting service and security tools may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and protect the site. The correction form uses a short-lived code derived from an IP address to limit repeated submissions. Administrator sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies.
The initial site does not include advertising trackers, embedded maps or a third-party analytics service. External links take you to other websites, whose privacy practices apply there.

Use the correction form to flag an issue with this notice. This notice should be updated before adding services that collect further information.
